The application provides detailed information about each property, including photos, descriptions, floor plans, amenities, and location maps, etc. By tracking the properties on the application you may have good insight on the market trend that can help you in taking decision about selling, renting, purchasing properties.

Based on this information, Users can reach property owner/publisher directly without any interaction from Housell.

 

User Responsibilities & data accuracy:

Users are responsible to provide accurate date on themselves & the property details they own/publish, with no responsibility on Housell Company/application.

Data Security:

We “as Housell Company” are doing our best to add security measures to prevent users Personal Data from being accidentally lost or accessed in an unauthorized way. Furthermore, we limit access to your Personal Data to our staff who have a business need to have such access.

Company may have partnerships with third-party companies for processing credit/debit card payments for users, by accepting terms and conditions, User agree that third-party provider may have access to personal or payment information provided by users.

By login to the application, User agree to share their personal information & property details with third-parties, and other users, brokers …etc.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details & not to share with any other users or parties.

Property Availability:

We “as Housell Company” aren’t responsible on verifying the availability of listed properties & it’s the owner/publisher responsibility to confirm the property availability.

 

Transaction Process:

We “as Housell Company” aren’t engaged in any selling or buying transaction & aren't responsible on those transactions, Housell is an online marketplace specified in properties that is trying to help users to sell their properties or find their target property.

Intellectual Property

Users agree that all content, design, and software are owned by Housell Company and are protected by laws & copyrights.

 

Data processing

By accepting the terms & conditions, Users give permission to Housell Company to use/process the data they upload to the application.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Housell have the full right to initiate legal actions based on our copyrights & UAE law.

 

Account termination:

Housell have the full right to suspend, terminate, delete or deactivate access/account of specific users based on our rules, In this case those users won't be able to access the data provided by our company.

Upon those actions, users are requested to delete or destroy any downloaded materials from our application, either its electronic or printed format.

 

Dealing with Users & Third parties:

Housell is dealing with end users & multiple third parties & is sharing user/property data with other users & third parties, by accepting terms & conditions, Users agree that we “as Housell Company” shall not be liable for any type of loss suffered from dealing with the other parties or application users.

 

Data Accuracy:

App users are fully responsible to provide accurate data on themselves & property information, with no responsibility on Housell.

We “as Housell Company” aren’t responsible for any advertisement or misleading information provided by the third parties or users & it’s the responsibility of the info provider only. We don't have any warranties for any inaccuracies in the provided information or data.

We “as Housell Company” aren’t verifying any data provided to us by third parties or users, and we aren't making any warranties on this data.

If user is sharing this property on our application, he acknowledge to share his data with other users & third parties.

 

Service continuity:

We “as Housell Company” are doing our best to ensure application & service continuously, however we can’t guarantee the service will work properly all the time without any disturbance or interruptions.

From time to time, maintenance may be required which may lead to downtime, however we are doing our best to keep this downtime minimum.

We accept no liability for any service disturbance & we have the full right to suspend, alter our services & reachability to our data.

We are doing our best to enhance & develop our application to serve the users without warranties of any kind.

 

Amendments

We “as Housell Company” has the full right to change or update the terms and conditions at any time with or without notifying the users or third-parties, those changes are effective upon posting on the application.

Continue using the application is considered agree on the new terms, Users are responsible to review the terms & conditions periodically.

 

Entire Agreement

These terms & privacy policy are considered the entire full agreement between the user and the app company, with no dependency on the terms of other parties.

If any part of the terms is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in effect.
